Online Feedback Surveys
This survey allows you to anonymously ask questions, voice concerns and/or provide academic feedback. Responses are reviewed weekly by the Academic Feedback Officer, and presented to the appropriate faculty or EngSoc member. If you would like to be contacted, please leave your email on the form.

EngSoc-Faculty Academic Office Hours
The first Thursday of every month from 10:30-1:30 you will have the opportunity to have a one-on-one conversation with academic representatives in the ILC Beamish-Munro Atrium. You can voice concerns, feedback and/or questions about the program, resources, structure and opportunities. The first office hour is October 4th.
The attendees are the EngSoc Director of Academics and President, Dr. Brian Frank (Dean of Teaching and Learning), Dr. Marianna Kontopoulou (Dean of Academics), Dr. Alan Ableson (Director of First Year).

Academic Feedback Booths will occur once a semester. If you submit a piece of feedback using an anonymous form, you will receive a free snack! The first semester date is to be determined. For more information, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Academic Caucuses can be described as councils where students and faculty members discuss new opportunities and brainstorm solutions to challenges. There will be two first-year specific caucuses, a second-year specific caucus, and an all discipline caucus. If you would like to attend, please contact email@example.com or your discipline/section representative.
You can submit a paper copy in the EngSoc Mailbox, located in the ILC student lounge. Please follow the following format so it can be identified as academic feedback:
- Write Academics on the paper
- Include your Queen’s email if you would like to be contacted
- Include your discipline and year
- Include the date
- Describe your feedback, question and/or concern
